Concordia University Chicago offers scholarships of at least $1,000 to qualified LSM alumni. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years. Students are expected to participate in an appropriate ensemble and study applied music each semester that they receive the scholarship. Scholarships are available to LSM alumni regardless of whether they are music majors or pursue a major in another academic area.

Concordia-Chicago offers the Bachelor of Arts in music, Bachelor of Music Education, and an innovative program of a combined major in music with an emphasis in business. In addition, music majors can opt for the Director of Parish Music Certificate or the Certificate in Piano Pedagogy. Students at Concordia experience a well-rounded and rigorous academic environment, inspiring ensemble experiences and touring with full-time faculty, and outstanding applied studies with leading teacher/performers in the Chicago area.
